Using Vloxt

These terms apply to Vloxt accounts, servers, add-ons, client-area tools, and support. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for your servers, workloads, users, and activity.

Billing and cancellation

Services are prepaid in monthly terms. Invoices must settle before activation or renewal. Stopping a server does not cancel its service or create a refund. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Once a service is provisioned, payments are final and no refund or partial credit applies to unused time, suspension, cancellation, or termination. Account credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. Corrections for duplicate, excess, or unfulfilled-order payments are handled separately.

Service controls

Available controls depend on the selected service and current platform capability. Destructive changes can erase data and require additional confirmation. You are responsible for maintaining suitable backups and verifying recovery.

Support and applications

Support is available through Vloxt tickets for server and platform issues. Applications installed on your server are managed by you.

Suspension and termination

Vloxt may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or services for non-payment, prohibited use, security threats, abuse, legal requirements, or material harm to the platform or others. Where practical and safe, Vloxt will provide notice and a reasonable correction path. Urgent protective action may take effect immediately.

Notices and changes

Keep your registered email monitored. Vloxt may deliver billing, security, abuse, suspension, termination, maintenance, and policy notices by email or through the client area.
