Privacy Notice

Vloxt, Pakistan is the operator and controller responsible for account and platform personal data. General and privacy enquiries use [email protected]; abuse reports use [email protected].

Data we use

We process the minimum account, contact, company, tax, identity-verification, billing, transaction, device, network, risk, security, support, abuse, service, and communication data needed to provide and protect the platform. We process server content only when needed to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, or lawfully administer a service. You remain responsible for personal data in your workloads.

Why and with whom

We use data for account access, service delivery, payments, tax treatment, fraud prevention, security, support, enforcement, reporting, and legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose only what is necessary to contracted service processors, at your direction, to protect the service or others, in an appropriately protected business transaction, or in response to valid legal authority.

Retention and rights

We retain data only for configured service, security, fraud, accounting, support, enforcement, and legal periods. Closing an account does not erase financial, tax, security, abuse, dispute, or service history that must be retained; eligible profile data is minimized or anonymized. Subject to applicable requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or an objection through [email protected]. We verify requests before releasing or changing data.

Security

We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, protected credentials, activity records, and recovery procedures. No internet service can eliminate all risk, so protect your account with Authenticator and retain your recovery codes securely.
