Ordering and service lifecycle

Every step has a visible state.

From plan selection to cancellation, the client area shows what happened, what is waiting, and what you can do next.

Start with a server
  1. 01

    Choose

    Select an active server plan, eligible location, Linux image or application, hostname, and optional SSH keys.

  2. 02

    Verify

    Vloxt checks current price, stock, account limits, billing details, and any required account verification.

  3. 03

    Pay

    The fixed invoice shows the monthly charge and applicable tax. Provisioning begins only after payment settles.

  4. 04

    Deploy

    A queued, repeat-safe job checks stock again and creates the server. Ambiguous results are reconciled before retrying.

  5. 05

    Manage

    Use the client area for eligible service actions, credentials, usage, billing, add-ons, cancellation, and support.

What does monthly prepaid mean?

You pay the issued monthly invoice before a server or paid add-on is activated. Stopping a server does not cancel its service or create a refund. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
